The house

The house has three terraces and a garden. The main-floor terrace provides space for outdoor meals, sunbathing and relaxing; the top-level terrace has views. Neighbours are nearby.

The living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV, with an adjoining open dining area. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine and iron.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor and have air conditioning and closets. One has a double bed, and the other two each have two single beds. There are two shower bathrooms and an additional toilet on the top level. A cot and high chair can be provided. Towels and a hair dryer are available.

Can Picafort has a promenade and sandy beach, with shops, restaurants and beach bars in the area.
