House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and outdoor fires are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval from InvitedHome; notify the team when booking and submit animal details by text message or email. Non-refundable pet fees are $150 per animal for cleaning and $50/night per animal for pet rental, added after approval. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is not permitted. Shipping to the local InvitedHome address is available upon request for $45 / package; luggage and skis are for guest pickup only, and additional UPS fees may apply. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh to be scheduled by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Breckenridge InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.

Getting there

Downtown Breckenridge is five minutes away. Access to the house requires driving along a short dirt road. Parking is limited to four cars. Despite a water filtration system, the well water has very high iron content that leaves mineral deposits on some fixtures.
