House rules
Maximum occupancy is 16 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Final homeowner approval and electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions are required to confirm a reservation. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for more information. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
The ski lifts are within walking distance. The home spans multiple levels. Parking is limited to four cars. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
