## About the house

The 4,659-square-foot home spans multiple levels, with large windows, mountain views, high ceilings and an open-concept living area with a stone-accented fireplace. Multiple living and entertaining areas provide space for groups.

Four bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. A fifth bedroom has a queen bed. The sixth bedroom has two queen beds, a full-over-full bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom in total.

Outdoor facilities include a private hot tub and an uncovered deck or patio. The game room has a pool table, TV, large couch and fireplace. A large ski and gear storage room and boot heaters support ski stays.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware; a dining table is provided. The home also has heating, a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, a garage and free parking for up to four cars. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Long-term stays are also allowed.

The ski lifts are within walking distance. The home spans multiple levels. Parking is limited to four cars. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Final homeowner approval and electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions are required to confirm a reservation.

A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for more information.

For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
