The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
Getting there
The villa is about 30 km from Rome. Frascati train station is 3.8 km away, and the Tyrrhenian coast is less than an hour away by car; Torvaianica is 36 km away and Anzio is 45 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The parking area is reached through two driveway gates and has a gravel surface.
