Villa Anticiana is an 18th-century country house restructured as a Tuscan rustic home. The surrounding wooded area has paths for walking or hiking.

It measures 4 x 8 m, has a constant depth of 1.50 m, submerged steps, chlorine purification, internal spotlights and a surrounding sunbathing area with sunbeds, a cold-water shower, sofas and an awning. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The property is reached by 1.8 km of dirt road through the woods, with some uphill stretches and a sharp bend on the final stretch. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 20 km away, and Monsagrati shops and services are 3 km away. The pool is reached by a few steps along a downhill path. The laundry annex is reached by a few stone steps.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Mid-size dogs are allowed, subject to the stated maximum. The property is fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
