What is the parking situation?
A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is required to navigate the scenic dirt road to the villa. Parking is available on the property; the driveway has a sharp turn and requires backing out when leaving.
Is the villa air-conditioned?
No. The villa relies on trade winds and ceiling fans for cooling.
Are linens, towels, and beach gear provided?
Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are provided. A starter pack of paper products is included.
Is there on-island assistance?
A local office on St. John is available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist during the stay.
