The two upper bedrooms have king beds and screened-in porches. The two lower bedrooms have two twin beds that can convert to a king, screened-in porches, and direct access to the pool deck. Cinnamon Bay is a 2–3 minute drive away. Cruz Bay is about a 15-minute drive away, and Coral Bay is about a 20-minute drive away. An access road to North Shore Road and nearby beaches includes a half-mile drive that is partially dirt road.

Children are allowed. The lower bedrooms are accessed by exterior stairs. Parking is available on the property. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is required for the approach.
