The first-floor apartment has lift access. Its spacious living room contains a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe.
The living room overlooks a terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs. Both the bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine; a hairdryer and iron are also available.
Wi-Fi is available. A portable air-conditioning unit serves only the living room. Guests can use an on-property garage measuring 2.75 m by 5.00 m, with a height of 2.20 m.
The residence's shared pool is reserved for guests and opens from 1 May to 30 September, between 09:00 and 20:00. Swimming caps may be required. Desenzano train station is approximately 10 minutes away by car, and the airport is approximately 30 minutes away.
