The first-floor apartment has lift access. Its spacious living room contains a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe.

The living room overlooks a terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs. Both the bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine; a hairdryer and iron are also available.
