The house

The home occupies four levels and has three bedrooms, two shower bathrooms and a separate ground-floor guest WC. The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining space for five and a living area with a gas fireplace. A private-use sauna is on the lower ground floor beside a bedroom with a 200 × 200 cm double bed and a large wardrobe; a bathroom with a level-entry shower and WC is on the same floor. The upper floor has a bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, another shower bathroom and a washer-dryer. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The attic contains a built-in 120 × 200 cm single bed for a child. Outside are a terrace and small garden with a hooded beach chair. Heating, four televisions with digital reception and a Hi-Fi system are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, initial bathroom supplies, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests have free use of public transport on Sylt through Sylt Go! An electric-vehicle charging station is available.
