Is parking available onsite or nearby?
Free parking is available onsite in a covered parking area.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo, or advertisement shoot?
Yes, events and shoots are allowed subject to homeowner approval. Meals can be arranged separately. Pool access is subject to homeowner approval, and additional permissions required for shoots or functions must be obtained by guests.
Do guests have to pay extra for pets?
Yes. Additional charges apply per pet, with extra charges for requested pet meals.
What is the cancellation policy?
A cancellation up to 15 days before check-in before 1 PM receives a 75% refund. A cancellation up to 7 days before check-in before 1 PM receives a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in receive no refund.
