House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. No pets or smoking. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if the guest count changes. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests stated on the booking. Occupants must treat the property respectfully and comply with the house rules.
Getting there
Anglesea Beach, the Surf Club and local cafes are a 10-minute walk away. Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions. Nearby activities include walking and running tracks, sea cliffs visible from the deck, river fishing, hinterland wildlife, golf and quieter beaches. Linen-hire prices and specific peak-season arrival days are not stated.
