## About the house

The condo has an oversized private balcony with an outdoor dining area overlooking the ocean. Inside, coastal furnishings complement a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, a breakfast bar and dining for six.

The main suite has a king bed, a personal workspace and private balcony access. The second suite has two queen beds. The third suite has a king bed and a daybed with a trundle, also presented as two twin beds. Each suite has its own refinished bathroom.

Shared facilities at Angler's Cove include a heated pool, hot tub, picnic tables, restrooms, lounge chairs in sunny and shaded areas, and covered parking. Shared laundry facilities are available on each floor, with coin laundry and a dryer. Beach essentials, bed linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.

John's Pass is a few minutes south, with more than 100 shops and restaurants, watersports rentals and nightlife. Locally owned shops, restaurants and water activities are nearby.

Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 14 days receives no refund.
