The house

The stone-built villa has a lawned garden with views of surrounding fields and mountains. Its private chlorine pool measures 7 × 3.5 metres and is 1–1.45 metres deep. Outdoor spaces include eight sun loungers with an awning, a furnished dining porch and a separate thatched-roof terrace with a table and two benches. A barbecue is available.

Inside, the living room has satellite TV and a decorative wood stove, opening towards a separate dining area. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and a table with chairs. The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The ground floor has a twin bedroom with a closet and a separate shower bathroom. Upstairs are a second twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. One double bedroom also has an en-suite shower bathroom and access to a furnished sunny terrace. Two upstairs bedrooms have closets and one has a walk-in closet. A cot and high chair are available.

Manacor is about 3 km away, with shops and restaurants. The Via Verda route offers walking, hiking and cycling. S’Illot beach is about 20.3 km away. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for four cars are available.
