The house

The villa has Cycladic architecture, modern minimalist interiors and private suites arranged over two levels. Each suite has its own entrance and en-suite bathroom; upper-level suites have access to private Jacuzzis with island views. A guest suite with its own bathroom is beside the downstairs gym.

The lower-level lounge and dining area opens towards the garden and pool, with an option to arrange a private restaurant setting. The gym includes a treadmill, bicycle, yoga balls and free weights. The outdoor pool has Mediterranean views.

Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, television, washer and dryer, and free on-site parking. Towels, beach towels, linens, toiletries, hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, hangers, a safety deposit box and a first aid kit are provided. Daily cleaning is offered, with clean sheets and linens every three days.

Assistance is available with private transfers, boat trips, car/ATV/motorbike rentals, massage and spa treatments, a private chef, horse riding, kite surfing and water sports, beauty treatments, grocery delivery, cooking classes, and wine and beer tastings.

The island centre is 4 km away, and Nammos and Scorpios are minutes away.
