The house

Androniki has 200 sqm of living space on a 550 sqm plot. The living area features a built-in circular sofa and skylight, alongside a fully equipped kitchen and a glazed-roof dining area seating 8–10. Three bedrooms are on Level I and two are on Level II; all have king-size beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, hairdryers and mirrors. Each Level I bedroom also has a closet and safe, with a built-in bathtub and shower in its en-suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms has sea and pool views. Both Level II bedrooms have en-suite showers and roof-terrace access; one has sea views and a safe, and the other has partial sea views. The two upper bedrooms can be used together as a joint studio with an independent entrance from the parking level. A separate guest WC is on Level I. Outdoors are a private infinity pool, sun loungers, lounge seating, dining for up to 10, BBQ facilities and portable speakers. Amenities include an alarm system, security cameras, audio systems, pool towels, bathrobes, bath amenities, an iron and ironing board, a baby cot and a highchair. Daily housekeeping, twice-weekly linen changes, pool freshening, dedicated concierge service, arrival delicacies, personal check-in and ongoing support are included. Chef service, transfers, yacht charters, grocery supply, VIP reservations, security, car rental, helicopter transfers and babysitting are available on request.
