Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours; guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and photo, film or advertising shoots require the homeowner's approval. Pool access for events is subject to homeowner approval. Extra guests are permitted in selected rooms as stated in the room details. Pets are subject to a pet contract.
Getting there
The property is in Karjat and is described as two hours from Mumbai. Some rooms are on the ground floor and others are on the first floor; the home has an in-house elevator.
