Smoking is allowed only in some open-air areas. Children aged 6 and over are welcome. Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00; check-out is from 07:30 to 10:00. Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 09:15; guests leaving Islay on an early ferry are asked to notify the property. A deposit equal to the cost of the first night is required and is refunded according to the cancellation conditions. For cancellations 21 or more days before arrival, an administration fee of £10 per room booked is charged. For cancellations less than 21 days before arrival, a charge equal to the first night's stay applies. No-shows are charged the total reservation price. Other booking conditions may apply during Fèis Ìle.

An Cuan is in Bowmore village on the Isle of Islay. Access to the rooms is via stairs.
