What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 00:00. Check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
The FAQ says the villa has a private swimming pool exclusively for guest use during the stay and that it is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
The FAQ lists parking, garden, air conditioning, kitchen, pool, and Wi-Fi among the key amenities.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged. The FAQ also states that 100% of the booking item amount will be charged as payment.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included. The FAQ says most villas have fiber-optic connections suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote work, and recommends confirming the connection speed before booking if specific bandwidth is required.
