Is parking available onsite or nearby?
Free parking is available onsite in a covered parking area.
Is filtered drinking water available?
Yes, there is a steady supply of filtered drinking water.
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with advance notice and additional charges; check-out timings are otherwise strict.
Can the villa be reserved for a film, photo or advertising shoot?
Yes, events and shoots are allowed subject to the owner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost. Pool access for an event is subject to the owner's approval, and a refundable deposit or additional charges may apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
A cancellation up to 15 days before check-in, before 1:00 PM, receives a 75% refund. A cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, before 1:00 PM, receives a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in receive no refund.
