What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM on arrival day and ends at 11:00 AM on departure day. Contact the property in advance to arrange later check-in.
What meals are offered?
Stays are offered with breakfast, two meals or full board. Meal service times are breakfast 8:00–10:00 AM, lunch 1:00–2:00 PM, dinner 4:00–5:00 PM, and supper 5:30–6:30 PM.
Is parking available?
Paid municipal parking is available by the property. Advance reservation is required because spaces are limited. The rate is 10 PLN per day for stays of at least seven days and 20 PLN per day for stays under seven days.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are accepted for an additional charge of 35 PLN per day.
Is there a local spa fee?
The spa fee in Iwonicz-Zdrój is 6.35 PLN per person per day. One-day stays are exempt.
What are the spa opening hours?
The spa and salt cave are open Wednesday through Monday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
