The historic inn offers eleven guest rooms across three buildings: the Williams House, Hearthstone House, and Carriage House. Breakfast is served in the main dining room. Guests have access to the first- and second-floor porches and the parlor. The Williams House was built in 1856; the Hearthstone House was built in the 1880s, and the Carriage House in 2004. Guest-room categories include Smuggler’s Cove, Egmont Indigo Suite, Chloe’s Garden Room, King Ferdinand’s Royal Hideaway, Princess Amelia Anniversary Suite, Isle of Santa Maria, Macgregor-Aury Stateroom, Catherine’s Chamber, Southern Memories, Island Getaway, and The Surveyor’s Studio.
