The hotel is directly on the ski slopes; the ski school meeting point is in front of the hotel and ski equipment rental is opposite. Restaurants and bars are a few steps away. The driving range, golf course, tennis court and children's playground are in front of the hotel.

All rooms are sold as double occupancy. Up to one child under 12 stays free when sleeping in existing beds. Baby cots are free; extra beds and sofa beds are chargeable and should be booked at least 24 hours in advance; availability is limited. People over 16 are considered adults. Room types cannot be guaranteed. Room fireplaces are decorative and cannot be used. Early room assignment is subject to availability; bags can be left until a room is ready. Late checkout may be available on request and may incur additional fees. Bags can be stored in the lobby after checkout. Special requests should be made at least 24 hours before check-in. The SaastalCard charge is CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child per night in winter, and CHF 7.00 per adult and CHF 3.50 per child per night in summer. The card includes PostBus journeys in the Saas Valley from the first overnight stay, excluding arrival and departure journeys by PostBus; summer cable-car use in Saas-Fee, Saas Almagell and Saas-Grund is included, excluding Metro Alpin and summer skiing. Parking discounts apply to stays of two nights or more. Free cancellation is available 15 days before arrival from June to October, or 30 days before arrival from November to May; after that deadline, 100% of the amount paid is charged as a cancellation fee. The reservation total is charged to the provided credit card 15 days before arrival in summer and 30 days before arrival in winter. Non-refundable bookings are not refunded due to bad weather, cable-car operations or restricted access to the resort.
