House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, a surcharge of 80€ applies to domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in cases of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival to complete the arrival procedure. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fifth floor, with lift access. Paid public parking is a few steps away. Baixa/Chiado metro station is a five-minute walk away, and a tram 28 stop is nearby.
