The fifth-floor apartment has lift access, two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a balcony with city views. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included. There is a TV, washing machine, dryer, iron and hair dryer. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request.

The apartment is in Lisbon’s historic downtown area, steps from the Santa Catarina scenic overlook. Príncipe Real is to the north and Chiado is nearby to the south. Trindade Theater is across from the apartment, and São Carlos opera house and Baixa/Chiado metro station are each a five-minute walk away. A tram 28 stop is nearby, and taxis are available by the building. Paid public parking is a few steps away.

Transfers and lockers at the Lisbon Welcome Centre are available at additional cost.

A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival to complete the arrival procedure.
