Cancellations after booking are non-refundable. A valid credit card is required for a security-deposit hold, not a charge. The hold is automatically released after checkout provided there is no damage or violation during the stay.
Getting there
Access to the private rooftop requires an internal staircase. Occasional power outages may temporarily affect water or internet services.
