Child-friendly. Alcohol is allowed. Mild music is allowed within limits and during specific hours; music should not be played beyond 9:30 PM. One extra mattress can be provided in the master bedroom. CCTV cameras monitor outside sections; private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.

The villa overlooks the Ganges and the city of Rishikesh.
