The home accommodates up to 12 overnight guests. Rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 each accommodate 2 guests plus 1 extra guest. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specific hours; guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and shoots require the homeowner's approval. Pool access for events is subject to homeowner approval, and events may require a refundable deposit and additional charges.
