House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours, and guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Alcohol is allowed. Meals are provided onsite at additional charges and should be paid for before check-in. Tea and coffee are served at breakfast and afternoon tea; additional daytime tea or coffee is available at an additional charge. Experiences require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability.
