What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at Amaka Villas Bingin?

Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use during their stay, and it is regularly cleaned and maintained.

Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there any house rules?
Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed, and pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to lock valuables in the safety deposit box.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Most villas have fiber-optic connections suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work; guests with specific bandwidth requirements should confirm the connection speed before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged. Payment is 100% of the booking item amount.
