The house

The home accommodates up to eight guests. Its open-plan living spaces include a fireplace-equipped living room, dining area and kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave and other appliances. A finished lower level provides additional sleeping space, a dedicated work area, a TV and a stationary bike.

Outside, a second-floor deck has a gas barbecue, dining space and multiple sitting areas. There is also a balcony, patio, private heated pool, outdoor shower, fire pit and outdoor space heaters. Free parking is available.

Three bedrooms are on the main floor and one is on the second floor. The first has a double/full bed and a twin/single bed, the second a queen bed, the third a king bed and the fourth a queen bed. All four have air conditioning and closets; the first also has a TV.

Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
