The house

The approximately 3,800-square-foot house accommodates up to six guests. Cathedral ceilings brighten the main-floor common areas, which include an open living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a renovated eat-in kitchen, a breakfast area, a formal dining room and a sunroom with a wood-burning stove. There is also a finished basement.

Four bedrooms contain two king beds, one double/full bed and one queen bed. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom and balcony/deck; air conditioning is explicitly identified in Bedrooms 1 and 2. The bathroom layout includes two full bathrooms upstairs, a full bathroom on the main floor and a main-floor half bathroom.

Outdoor facilities include a screened-in porch, patio, balcony, outdoor shower, gas grill, six lounge chairs, patio furniture and two adult bicycles. The backyard is fenced. A private outdoor heated saltwater gunite pool, hot tub and sauna are available, subject to seasonal conditions. Indoor amenities include a game room, ping-pong table, Sonos speaker system, heating, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
