Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $130.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. If no new reservation is made, the original guest may use the original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the stay. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property carries up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. The owner may need to show the property to prospective renters or buyers.
