Its open layout connects a double-height living room, dining room and light-filled eat-in kitchen with appliances and an island. The living room has a large-screen TV, and the finished lower level includes a fully equipped gym. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, closet and balcony/deck. The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, closet and balcony/deck. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and closet; the fourth has a queen bed and closet. The lower-level fifth bedroom has a double/full bed. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Bathroom facilities comprise four full bathrooms and a main-floor powder room; three full bathrooms have showers and one has a shower/tub combination. Outside, the spacious private deck has a dining table, gas barbecue and multiple sitting areas. There is a private heated pool, hot tub, patio and fenced backyard. The pool is unfenced and opens from June through October. Additional cleanings may be requested at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, reopening dates is at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments are current and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement's coverage details.
