The recently renovated apartment is on the second floor and has a living area with a kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. The living area faces almost directly onto the market, while the quiet sleeping area does not overlook it. Sleeping arrangements include one queen-size bed and one double sofa bed.

An equipped terrace outside the apartment is reserved exclusively for guests and provides space for outdoor meals. Facilities include a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave and oven.

The apartment is in Ortigia’s limited traffic zone and is reached via narrow stairs. Nearby parking is recommended so guests can explore the old town on foot. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is approximately 60 km away and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport approximately 110 km away. Syracuse railway station and the interbus station serving the airports are approximately 1 km from Ortigia.

The apartment is on the second floor, with narrow stairs. It is within a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. The terrace is outside the apartment and is for guests’ exclusive use.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
