The house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests in a bright interior with a generous layout and a large private balcony for outdoor coffee and meals. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. The first bedroom has a queen bed, television and ensuite; the second has a queen bed; the third has two king single beds. Linens are provided.

There are two bathrooms: one has a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet; the other has a shower, toilet and vanity. The fully equipped kitchen includes electric cooking, a dishwasher, breakfast bar, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. An internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a television and an iron are available. Smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided.

A lift provides access directly to the apartment, and free off-street parking is available for one vehicle. Soldiers Point Marina and nearby beaches are within walking distance. Restaurants, cafés and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are close by, with additional shopping and dining in Nelson Bay. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Pets are not allowed.
