House rules
All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of €80 applies to cover additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in the event of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.

The apartment is on the seventh floor; the building has a lift.
