What is the check-in time?
Rooms are prepared to be ready at 3:00 p.m. Early check-in may be accommodated if the room is available. Free luggage storage is available if the room is not ready.
What is the checkout time?
Checkout is at 12:00 p.m. Some flexibility may be available for direct bookings, subject to availability; certain days may be excluded.
Where can I store my luggage if my room is not ready?
Free luggage storage is available at all times in the lobby.
If we arrive late, will our reservation be cancelled?
Late arrivals will not be cancelled. Guests are encouraged to inform the hotel team of their expected arrival time.
