House rules
Maximum occupancy is 13 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from the Beaver Creek InvitedHome team and depends on availability.
Getting there
The home spans four floors. The Highlands base area is a brief walk away; returning from the Highlands skiway requires a short walk to the front door. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow levels. Parking is limited to three cars.
