Alpine Meadows Retreat has 2,762 square feet across four floors. The kitchen and dining area have panoramic windows and open onto a deck. A sunken living room has a television and fireplace, with another balcony adjoining it. Outdoor facilities include a private hot tub and grill.

The main sleeping room has a king bed and an ensuite with a steam shower and double vanity. Guest sleeping rooms include a king, a queen and a split king that can be configured as two twins, each with an ensuite. The den sleeping area has a twin-over-king captain bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk, with an ensuite.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a toaster, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. A washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, smart television, games and ski storage are available. Air conditioning is limited to the living room.

The Highlands base area is a brief walk away, with ski access onward to the Centennial Lift and main village. Returning via the Highlands skiway leaves a short walk to the home. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow levels. Ski shuttle service is available, and Beaver Creek Village is within walking reach.

Maximum occupancy is 13 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from the Beaver Creek InvitedHome team and depends on availability.
