The inn has six balcony rooms. Rooms 4–9 are described individually below. Boojum Hideaway (Room 4) is about 200 sq ft, with two double beds, a small bathroom with shower, refrigerator, microwave, Roku TV, climate-control mini-split, desk, chairs, dresser, and private corner balcony. It is in the secondary building, with 20 steps down to its lower level, and overlooks Table Rock Mountain. Hammock Boy (Room 5) is about 200 sq ft, with a queen bed, bathroom with a claw-foot tub, refrigerator, microwave, Roku TV, climate-control mini-split, desk, chairs, dresser, and private balcony overlooking Turkey Cove; it is in the secondary building, with 20 steps down to its lower level. Bobo (Room 6) is about 200 sq ft, with two double beds, bathroom with shower, refrigerator, microwave, Roku TV, climate-control mini-split, table and chairs, and private corner balcony; it is in the secondary building, with 20 steps down to its lower level, and has views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, including Table Rock and Shortoff Mountains. Alpiner’s Treehouse (Room 7) is about 200 sq ft, with two double beds, private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, microwave, Roku TV, climate-control mini-split, desk and chair, and private corner balcony. It is on the ground level of the second building, reached by a small ramp and walk bridge. The Diamondback (Room 8) is about 200 sq ft, with a queen bed, small private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, microwave, Roku TV, climate-control mini-split, desk, chairs, dresser, ceiling fan, heating unit, and private balcony; it has a small ramp to the room. Mineral City (Room 9) is about 200 sq ft, with two double beds, private bathroom with shower and toilet, refrigerator, microwave, Roku TV, climate-control mini-split, table and chairs, and private corner balcony; it has a small ramp to the room. The inn offers self-service check-in and check-out. An onsite food trailer serves as an office during evening hours and is away during the day, returning before 3 p.m.

The inn is about one mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway at milepost 334. Rooms 4–6 are reached by 20 steps down to a lower level. Rooms 7–9 have a small ramp; Room 7 also has a walk bridge to its door. The inn is at 3,200 feet on Grassy Mountain.

Check-in and check-out are self-service. For questions or concerns, visit the onsite food trailer office during evening hours; it is away during the day and returns before 3 p.m.
