House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances due to a homeowner allergy. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival access information is released. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. The initial 50% payment is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable.
Getting there
Skiing and town are within walking distance, and ski shuttle service is available. Valet parking is limited to two cars and operates from 06:00 to 23:00.
