## About the house

The home sleeps 13 guests in four bedrooms plus additional bunk sleeping space in the exercise room, with four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Natural wood and stone finishes, radiant floor heating and tall windows feature throughout the main living area. The living room has a leather sectional and wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen includes a Wolf stovetop, dual ovens and a marble island seating four; a wet bar and extending dining table seating ten provide additional entertaining space.

The patio has mountain views, an eight-person hot tub and a built-in Blaze gas grill in an outdoor kitchen. There are two outdoor gas fire pits. A dedicated ski room includes a glove and boot dryer.

On the first floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, private patio entry, Lone Peak views and a private bathroom with steam shower and tub. A second king bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. Upstairs are a queen-log-bed guest bedroom with a private shower bathroom, a bunk bedroom with full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunks, and an exercise room with an additional twin-over-full bunk. The bunk bedroom and exercise room share a bathroom with trough sink and shower/tub combination. The upstairs living area has leather furnishings, a Blu-ray/DVD player and beverage cooler. The exercise room includes a rowing machine, free weights and recumbent bike.

Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, garage and parking, television and cable, games, and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials. Reservations between mid-April and October 31 include one complimentary Yellowstone Luxury Tours excursion, subject to weather and park opening dates; 4% resort tax and park entry fees are excluded.

Four-wheel drive is required during winter. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and snow tires are strongly recommended for vehicles used in the area. For ski access, walk left from the end of the driveway to the end of Speaking Eagle Road, then cross Beehive Basin Road to reach the ski access trail and cat tracks to the base of White Otter Lift. The home is also ski accessible to Cascade Ski Lift.

Maximum nighttime occupancy is 13. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Date-specific minimum stays range from three to seven nights for the published periods from October 27, 2026 through March 31, 2028.
