Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
You need to book the entire home.
Are meals provided onsite, and are they charged separately?
Meals are provided onsite at additional charges. Tea and coffee are served during breakfast and afternoon tea; service at other times is available at an additional charge.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep noise mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are good, but guests should check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Events and shoots are allowed subject to homeowner approval and additional commercial costs. A maximum of 15 people can be accommodated overnight; pool access for an event is subject to homeowner approval.
