The house

The Alpenloft is a 150 m² top-floor apartment with open-plan living, timber floors, high ceilings, east- and south-facing outdoor spaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Westendorf and the surrounding mountains. It has a living room with a sofa and cable TV, an equipped open-plan kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and a dining table with seating for eight. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

The second bedroom has a double bed and there is an additional guest bathroom with a large shower recess, twin wash basins and WC. The third bedroom is described in the room distribution as having one bunk bed; another description says it has two bunkbeds and can sleep four people, so this room's bed configuration requires review. The property also has a sauna, balconies, a terrace with outdoor dining furniture, garden area, Wi-Fi, washing machine, ski storage with boot dryers, two open-air parking spaces and an electric-car charging box.

The Westendorf and Brixental gondolas are stated to be 2 km away. Hiking and biking routes begin outside the house in summer. Westendorf and Brixen are described as a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by car or bus, with a bus stop in front of the house. Fleckalmbahn is less than a 10-minute drive away.
