## About the house

The hotel has 13 individually themed rooms. Room categories include double rooms, triple family rooms and four-person family rooms. The Vierer-Familienzimmer Hühnerstall has a double bed and a separate area with a bunk bed. In summer, access to Hexenwasser stations is free. The hotel is open in summer and winter and has a restaurant serving regional Tyrolean food. A complimentary Guten Morgen Hexenwasser activity takes place in July and August.

The hotel is at 1,186 m elevation. The Hexenwasser gondola's middle station is a one-minute journey away; the SkiWelt ski area is also described as one minute away. Two toboggan runs start directly outside the hotel.
