Standard occupancy is eight guests, with a maximum of ten; an extra guest fee applies. The property is available for a 30-day rental period, with a fixed monthly charge regardless of stay length. The maximum included electricity charge is $500. Converting the twin beds to a king requires prior approval. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.
Getting there
The villa occupies a hillside position along Koko Crater. Local beaches and marina-front dining in Hawaii Kai are within walking distance. Hanauma Bay, Waimanalo Beach, Kaimuki Town, Waikiki and Ala Moana Center are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
