The 3,387-square-foot villa has an open-plan layout with floor-to-ceiling windows, two living areas, and a dining area seating ten that opens onto the terrace. Smart TVs are available in the living room and three bedrooms. The kitchen includes high-end appliances, quartz countertops, a bar, wine fridge, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances.

The upper-level primary suite includes a sitting area, desk, walk-in closet, ocean and pool views, and an ensuite with a steam shower, freestanding soaking tub and double sinks. The main-level second primary bedroom has an ensuite with double sinks and shower, plus private access to the pool and backyard. The two guest bedrooms use a shared shower bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and split air conditioning.

The private pool terrace has two shaded lounge areas, sunbeds and a BBQ, with ocean and Diamond Head views. A garden, private yard and lanai/balcony provide additional outdoor space. Beach gear includes boogie boards, towels, chairs and a rolling ice chest; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. A washer, dryer, Wi-Fi and games are provided. Optional concierge services, private chef experiences and guided tours are available upon request.

Local beaches and marina-front dining in Hawaii Kai are within walking distance. Hanauma Bay, Waimanalo Beach, Kaimuki Town, Waikiki and Ala Moana Center are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The property is offered for a 30-day rental period.

Standard occupancy is eight guests, with a maximum of ten; an extra guest fee applies. The property is available for a 30-day rental period, with a fixed monthly charge regardless of stay length. The maximum included electricity charge is $500. Converting the twin beds to a king requires prior approval. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.
