The house

The villa has a living room open to the dining room, a Smart TV, fireplace, barbecue and wood oven. The equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery.

There are four bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and two single beds, and two with a double bed and a single bed each. Two bathrooms have showers. Fans, radiators, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby. The house is powered by solar panels.

Outside are a garden, terrace, porch, outdoor dining area, barbecue, parasols and sun loungers. The chlorine pool measures 15 × 7 m and is 1.5–1.9 m deep; it is closed from November through April. Nearby neighbours mean privacy is partial. There is outdoor parking for six cars.

Playa de los Boliches is 5.9 km away. Málaga Airport is 24.7 km away, Fuengirola train station is 6.5 km away and a bus stop is 0.8 km away. A supermarket is 3.3 km away and a pharmacy is 3.4 km away.
